We are pleased to give a quote for any type of project, and are confident that our prices are competitive.

Our aim is to keep as flexible and efficient as possible, and depending on your requirements, charge by the minute, by the hour, by the project, or by an agreed rate per thousand words. With ongoing work we are pleased to offer discounted rates.

The pricing relates to the quality of the recording. A typing price per hour is beneficial if your work is considerable.

The prices quoted allow for up to 2 person dictation. If more speakers, please ask for a quote.

Where appropriate, fax and postage expenses are asked for at cost. An invoice accompanies all completed work.

Turnaround Time

We target meeting deadlines, and try our best to accommodate, by agreement, any jobs requiring a fast turnaround. With requests for urgent completions outside of normal working hours (e.g. at weekends, or Bank holidays), we ask an additional on cost.

We currently have no minimum charge for work, nor do we require a signed Booking Form before commencing it. However, once your job is put in hand, all work we then do for you will be chargeable.

For new clients, a 25% deposit is required before commencement, and full payment immediately on completion of the work.

For an initial no obligation quote, please contact us now with an outline of the work you require doing, and we will do our best to assist you.

If, on completion of your job, you are pleased with the result and decide to take up further projects with us, we would be pleased to then go on to discuss the most practical way for you to maximize our services.

Payment

We accept payment through an on-line bank transfer, or by cheque in sterling or euros, drawn on a U.K. / French bank account.

Confidentiality

Carterscribe undertake to keep all information supplied by you, the client, strictly confidential. We will not disclose any information to a third party without your written permission, or use any information supplied by you for any purpose other than providing the specified service or services asked for. A Non-Disclosure or Confidentiality Agreement can be signed by us if required.
