In the message box below, if your enquiry relates to transcribing it would help us if you could supply as much of the following information as possible :

• The digital audio file format you intend to send, or if an audio tape, whether it is a standard, micro, or mini cassette
• The estimated length of the recording and a brief description of what the recording is about
• Your assessment of the audio quality – whether good, average, or poor quality
• The number of speakers on the recording
• Any additional information it may be useful to know
• When you need to have the transcription completed by
